How to use the caption templates
- Pick a template that matches your post: photo, travel, birthday, business, Reels and more.
- Fill in the blanks with your name, place, brand or message. The preview updates as you type.
- Choose a platform, length and mood. Hashtags and emojis adjust to match.
- Press Generate caption to see short, medium and long versions, then copy the one you like.
Why customizable templates beat copy-paste captions
A caption copied from a list is the same caption thousands of other people have posted. A template keeps the structure that works, such as a clear first line and one call to action, and lets you add the details only you have. Your own location, your own brand name and your own message are what make a post feel real.
Templates for every kind of post
Use Instagram caption templates for photos, aesthetic, fashion, food and nature posts, or choose templates for love, best friends, family, birthdays and couple photos. For work, there are business promotion, achievement and gym progress templates. For short video, the Reels template starts with a hook so people keep watching.

Common questions
What are caption templates?
A caption template is a ready-made caption with blanks, such as [LOCATION] or [NAME]. You fill in your own details and the caption updates instantly, so it sounds like your post instead of a copy.
Are the caption templates free?
Yes. All 20 templates are free to use without an account. Favorites are saved in your own browser.
Can I use them for TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Choose the platform in the editor. Lafzaly adjusts the number and type of hashtags, for example #fyp for TikTok and #shorts for YouTube Shorts, and fewer tags for Facebook.
Can I choose a short or long caption?
Every template has a short, a medium and a long version. Pick a length, or press Regenerate to cycle through them.
How are hashtags created?
Lafzaly combines tags for the template with tags made from your own words, such as your location, brand or keywords, then trims the list to suit the platform. You can turn hashtags off.
Where is my favorite list stored?
In your browser's local storage on this device. It is not sent to our servers, and clearing site data removes it.
