Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lafzaly. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lafzaly.
1. The service
Lafzaly generates captions, hooks, hashtags and subtitle files using automated speech recognition and language models. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, audio and text you upload and of the captions generated from them. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content and return the result to you. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful material;
- try to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, or probe or disrupt the service;
- use the service to generate spam, deceptive or misleading content; or
- resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI-generated output
Output is produced automatically and may contain errors, mishear words, misspell names or misrepresent what was said. You are responsible for reviewing and editing captions before you publish them. Output is not professional advice of any kind.
6. Plans, limits and payments
- The Free plan has daily limits as described on our home page. Daily limits reset on the UTC calendar day.
- Lafzaly Pro costs Rs 300 per month. You pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer (or by card where offered), and each payment gives 30 days of Pro. Pro does not renew automatically unless you pay by card. Prices and limits may change, and we will give notice before a price change takes effect on your subscription.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. To request a cancellation or a refund, contact us. We handle refund requests case by case unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Lafzaly available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lafzaly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or reputation, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Lafzaly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date above shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
